Hello Holiday Season! A lot of us may not be regular bakers, but when the holiday season arrives, so does a season of baking and enjoying baked goods. For those of us less ambitious bakers out there, cookies are a great way to scratch that baking itch without a lot of effort and complicated time in the kitchen. So today’s What to…Wednesday is all about that holiday season tradition of baking and sharing cookies, and what to wear if you’re attending a cookie exchange or holiday party.

I live in the Southern Hemisphere and our family Christmases are spent at our beach house. Our Christmas dinner on the evening of the 24th is adapted accordingly. My baking tradition is a last minute fruit cake, un-iced, which we can eat with mince pies when we come back from the beach. This post is inspiring me to get back into baking some cookies this year and surprising he family thank you Kelly.
Hi Lesley, Thanks so much! I am so happy to give a little inspiration for your holiday baking. Happy holidays! xo Kelly
