- 1 Prepared Pizza Dough
- Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- Drizzle of Honey
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Shallot halved and layers separated
- 1 Meyer or regular Lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh Thyme
- Finishing Touches
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 450ยบ F.
Roll prepared pizza out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and the sliced garlic cloves evenly on top. Add a drizzle of honey and top with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Top the cheese with the shallot slices and add the lemon slices.
Sprinkle to top with fresh thyme leaves.
Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Top the baked pizza with crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
