The Americano
It’s bright, slightly bitter, and endlessly sippable—perfect for easing into the weekend.
Makes: 2 Cocktails
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Campari
- 3 oz. sweet vermouth
- Soda water chilled, to top
- Garnish: orange twist
Instructions:
- Fill a collins glass with ice, then add the Campari and sweet vermouth.
- Top with the soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
